This is a programme that we run in schools over a 4 week period that promotes emotional wellbeing in children. The emotional well being of youngsters is incredibly important, on a par with their physical well being and allows them to build resilience and develop an ability to manage the things that life can throw in their direction. With good mental health, they have a chance of growing up into well-rounded adults.

The workshops are customised to the age group participating with each one around 60-75 minutes long

The aim through a mixture of mindfulness. evidence-based strategies and interactive play is to encourage each child's ability to understand and manage emotions that can sometimes be overwhelming.

They learn skills and techniques that they can take through their whole life.

The children and parents workshops are very special and are built around self-care, reducing stress and building confidence and resilience.

Very much a preventative fun measure for helping stay strong.

Our workshops are designed to be fun, interactive and

accessible for all ages. We tailor our

workshops around your needs and circumstances while

sharing with you methods that will be influential in

making positive changes in your day-to-day life. We will

show you the techniques that will encourage you to

leave your self limiting beliefs and fears behind you and

achieve the very best version of you.
