About the event

This is one of the many Be Your Own Hero Workshops. This one is a 1 hour fun way of learning about mindfulness for children and parents. Full of interactive things to do to help understand feelings and techniques on how to cope when they get overwhelming. It aims to help develop resilience and coping strategies that they can implement in everyday life.

Initial ticket price of £10.50 is admission for one adult & child - Additional children are £5.50
